Abstract

Reparación simbólica: cultura y arte para nueve casos deviolaciones de los derechos humanos es el volumen 2 de la Serie ESTUDIOS SOBREREPARACiÓN SIMBÓLICA. Recoge nueve reflexiones sobre el concepto de repara­ciónsimbólica, discute desde el derecho las funciones y relaciones del arte y lacultura en los procesos que se han llevado a cabo en diferentes cortesjudiciales: Corte Interamericano de Derechos Humanos, Corte PenalInternacional y otros tribunales nacionales. Así como también su interrelacióncon la producción de obras y símbolos generados por las víctimas, los artistas y los Estados responsables por las violacio­nesa los derechos humanos. Esta obra es producto de la investigación en colabora­cióncon universidades extranjeras y nacionales de reconocida trayectoria académica.Es un trabajo liderado por el Grupo de Derechos Culturales: Derecho, Arte yCultura del Departamento de Derecho Constitu­cional de la Universidad Externadode Colombia.
