Abstract

La actual política del gobierno en relación con la PYME en Colombia, invita a reflexionar sobre el papel que desempeña este sector en la economía del país. Esta obra presenta caracterizaciones de la problemática general de la PYME en Europa, América Latina y el Caribe; compila las políticas de fomento a la competitividad de este estrato empresarial en diversos países, y por último, expone los documentos marco para la política de fomento en Colombia.
