Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo indagar la forma como las empresas del sector definen las estrategias para marcar un rumbo a su gestión a corto, mediano y largo plazos, para establecer una diferenciación en el mercado y poder incrementar su capacidad competitiva. De igual forma, busca analizar el papel que desempeñó la gestión estratégica en el impacto que la recesión económica de finales del siglo pasado tuvo en las empresas analizadas.
