Abstract

Lograr implementar un comportamiento innovador, proactivo y de liderazgo, además de encauzar este esfuerzo hacia la mayoría de los miembros de una organización implica una transformación en la estrategia empresarial. La formación en todos los niveles, no sólo en conocimientos técnicos sino en el involucramiento de buenas prácticas y valores empresariales que empiezan con una verdadera implicación del concepto ético como trabajador y constructor de realidades desde el quehacer laboral hasta el apoyo a iniciativas que conduzcan a transformar los impactos de la organización y promuevan una mayor sostenibilidad en lo social, ambiental y económico, es el ideal de toda empresa y empresario.
