Abstract

This major two volume work includes the leading articles in industrial and organizational psychology published during the last two decades. Cary Cooper – recognized as a leading authority in the field – has, in consultation with a number of other eminent psychologists, selected the most important articles and papers representing the leading conceptual and empirical contributions.
