Abstract

Osnove trgovačkog (ugovornog) prava" iz pera autora dr.sc. Marka Verovića, profesora visoke škole na EFFECTUS-u novi je naslov iz EFFECTUS-ove izdavačke djelatnosti. 244 stranica teksta u potpunosti je prilagođeno nastavnim predmetima koji se izučavaju na visokim učilištima u Republici Hrvatskoj, a koji u središte svog interesa stavljaju bogatstvo i raznolikost trgovačkopravnih odnosa. Stručna monografija "Osnove trgovačkog (ugovornog) prava" opisuje cjelokupni životni vijek trgovačkog ugovora, počevši od pregovora za njegovo sklapanje, preko nastanka, pravnih učinaka koje ugovor proizvodi, promjene, prestanka te odgovornosti za štetu nastalu zbog povrede ugovorne obveze. Udžbenik, koji je i više od toga, produbljuje tematiku, a studentima stručnog preddiplomskog studija Financije i pravo na EFFECTUS-visokoj školi za financije i pravo će, kao obvezna literatura, pružiti respektabilnu količinu znanja na predmetu Osnove trgovačkog prava i pomoći im u potpunom razumijevanju područja te ih pripremiti za samostalno i aktivno djelovanje u budućoj profesiji. No, u monografiji su istovremeno sadržane i brojne suvremene spoznaje vezane za trgovačke ugovore koje su neophodno potrebne poslovnom čovjeku u suvremenom poslovnom okruženju, a koje je nezamislivo bez djelatnosti ugovaranja.
