Abstract

Contiene el Programa Regional de Acción de América Latina para la década del 80 emanado de la resolución 422(XIX) de la CEPAL. Analiza los problemas actuales del desarrollo latinoamericano a nivel nacional, regional e internacional y su proyección para los años de 1980, así como la implementación de la Estrategia Internacional del Desarrollo para la Tercera Década del Desarrollo de las Naciones Unidas en base a los objetivos y condiciones específicas de la América Latina y el Caribe.
