Abstract

Presenta un análisis histórico de la estructura social guatemalteca que se caracteriza por su desarrollo de inequidad e injusticia, y plantea la necesidad de diseñar una estrategia de desarrollo con alto grado de participación eficiente del poder político y de la sociedad para resolver los problemas de los sectores más afectados.
