Abstract

En el Anuario Estadístico de América Latina y el Caribe de la CEPAL se presenta un conjunto de estadísticas básicas que caracterizan la situación económica, sociodemográfica y ambiental de la región referidas a un período en particular. Esta información forma parte del conjunto de estadísticas disponibles en CEPALSTAT, el portal de bases de datos y publicaciones estadísticas de la CEPAL [en línea] http://statistics.cepal.org/portal/cepalstat/. La presente edición del Anuario contiene datos que se encontraban disponibles hasta mediados de diciembre de 2021. Las versiones impresa y web del Anuario incluyen una selección de cuadros y gráficos orientados a brindar un resumen de la información estadística desde la perspectiva regional, privilegiando la comparabilidad internacional de los datos, como es el caso de la información sobre pobreza y sobre cuentas nacionales en dólares elaboradas por la CEPAL. Esta versión se encuentra disponible en línea en el sitio web de la CEPAL en formato pdf y html. The Statistical Yearbook for Latin America and the Caribbean of ECLAC presents a set of basic statistics on the economic, sociodemographic and environmental situation of the region during a specific time period. This information is part of the statistics available in CEPALSTAT, the statistical databases and publications portal of ECLAC [online] http://statistics.cepal.org/portal/cepalstat/. This edition of the Yearbook includes information available up to mid-December 2021. The printed and web versions contain a selection of summary tables and graphics providing statistical information from the regional perspective, with emphasis on the international comparability of data, such as the information on poverty and national accounts in dollars prepared by ECLAC. This version is available in pdf and html formats on the ECLAC website.
