Abstract

Plantea algunas respuestas al desafío que debe enfrentar América Latina para alcanzar su inserción en el comercio global en forma más competitiva y equitativa para afianzar uno de los principales motores del desarrollo en la región. Entre las propuestas se encuentra la adopción de una estrategia que permita un mejor aprovechamiento de las distintas esferas de negociación comercial.
