Abstract

El Programa Empresas de Excelencia Exportadora (Programa 3E) creado por CAF -Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina- en Colombia, tiene como objetivo principal apoyar el direccionamiento estratégico de las empresas exportadoras de diferentes regiones del país, mediante la dotación de herramientas que permiten a los empresarios evaluar, mejorar e innovar constantemente su Modelo de Negocio Exportador de bienes y servicios no tradicionales. En la primera ola del programa, que se inició en junio de 2013, se atendieron 10 pymes colombianas; en la segunda ola, que comenzó en noviembre de 2014, se atendieron trece empresas localizadas en diferentes regiones del país: cuatro en Cali, tres en Barranquilla, tres en Bucaramanga y tres en Pereira. En esta edición se presenta y documenta el trabajo de diseño, dinamización e innovación del Modelo de Negocio Exportador de trece empresas del país que fueron Beneficiarias de la segunda etapa del Programa 3E, llevado a cabo entre noviembre de 2014 y julio de 2015.
