La gestión financiera. Calidad y productividad

Abstract

La aplicaciôn de las técnicas de calidad y productividad se traducen en resultados financieros, de ahI que estos sean Ia medida de los niveles de Ia calidad y productividad de Ia empresa. Las técnicas de administración financiera enconsecuencia deben aplicarse dentro de un modelo de maximización de calidad y productividad. Uno de los insumos de capital importancia para Ia producción de bienes y de servicios es el insumo financiero cuyo tratamiento debe tener Ia misma rigurosidad metodologica de los demas. Tanto mas que el exito y Ia competitividad de Ia empresa, en última instancia, se medirá en términos financieros. En este texto se ha tratado precisamente de tender un puente entre dos lenguajes a fin de facilitar Ia toma de decisiones tanto en orden financiero como en las que atañen a los procesos productivos en virtud que Ia empresa es un sistema único, donde deben armonizarse en cada momento los diversos subsistemas que Ia conforman. Este texto va dirigido especialmente al mundo de consultores y facilitadores de calidad y productividad para que no dejen de considerar el aspecto financiero como parte substancialmente integrante del problema de Ia calidad y productividad
