Abstract

En este documento se formulan recomendaciones concretas para que la región mejore su competitividad y diversifique su estructura productiva, a través de la adopción de políticas destinadas a promover la innovación y aumentar el contenido tecnológico en las exportaciones de la región, así como mediante mejoras en la logística que permitan reducir los costos de transporte.
