Abstract

El presente libro se basa en el estudio “Transacciones de energía entre los sistemas de las Comunidad Andina, América Central y Cono Sur–Factibilidad de su Integración” (Proyecto CIER 15), realizado por la Comisión de Integración Energética Regional (CIER) y CAF. Esta publicación recoge los aspectos más importantes del estudio, como las implicaciones institucionales, regulatorias, sociales, financieras, legales, comerciales y operativas que se deberán tomar en cuenta para lograr la implantación exitosa de doce importantes proyectos de interconexión eléctrica.
