Estrategia para la transformación digital de los sectores productivos en América Latina

Abstract

CAF impulsa proyectos de digitalización de sectores productivos como parte de sus esfuerzos para apoyar la mejora de la productividad en la región. Su labor pone especial énfasis en el encadenamiento productivo, la inserción de las empresas en las cadenas globales de valor y en las pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes), puesto que estas constituyen la base del tejido industrial de la región. Entre esos proyectos está la elaboración de una “Estrategia para la transformación digital de los sectores productivos de América Latina” y una aplicación concreta a la cadena agroexportadora y logística en el Perú. Este documento se divide en cuatro apartados. La iniciativa de CAF y la metodología definida fueron puestas en práctica para el desarrollo de una hoja de ruta para la inclusión de tecnologías digitales en la cadena de valor agroindustrial en la región.
