Las statups govtech y el futuro del gobierno en Brasil

Abstract

Esta publicación viene a exponer el alto potencial de crecimiento que tiene el ecosistema govtech, en el marco de la renovada estrategia de transformacio\x{0301}n digital de Brasil. Este espacio esta\x{0301} madurando de manera prometedora, lo que se demuestra por el incremento del valor del I\x{0301}ndice de Desarrollo Gobierno Electrónico de Brasil (EGDI) de las Naciones Unidas y su entrada en 2020 en la lista de pai\x{0301}ses muy desarrollados en la materia. Sin embargo, desafi\x{0301}os persisten, por ejemplo, en materia de regulacio\x{0301}n y financiamiento, así como de poli\x{0301}ticas pu\x{0301}blicas (en particular a nivel subnacional) en temas de innovacio\x{0301}n. Sobre todo, la realizacio\x{0301}n de este potencial depende de la creacio\x{0301}n de un ambiente de confianza entre el sector pu\x{0301}blico y el ecosistema de innovacio\x{0301}n. A su vez, el I\x{0301}ndice Govtech 2020, recie\x{0301}n publicado por CAF, situ\x{0301}a al Brasil como el cuarto pai\x{0301}s de Iberoamerica y segundo en la regio\x{0301}n detra\x{0301}s de Chile. El propo\x{0301}sito de este informe es tener una radiografía actualizada y, hasta ahora, u\x{0301}nica del estado del ecosistema govtech en Brasil.
