Abstract

La pandemia del COVID-19 no respeta fronteras, afectando tanto la salud de las personas como de las empresas y cuando una crisis de cara\x{0301}cter global toca la puerta de las mismas, su estructura de gobierno corporativo se pone a prueba como herramienta para gestionar los riesgos y salir adelante. Esta gui\x{0301}a se centra en recomendaciones al nivel del Directorio, la Alta Gerencia y la Arquitectura de Control y son aplicables a cualquier tipo de empresa, independientemente de su taman\x{0303}o, tipo de propiedad o giro de negocio. Sin embargo, algunos elementos podra\x{0301}n no ser adaptables a la realidad de la organizacio\x{0301}n, por lo que cada una debera\x{0301} hacer los ajustes pertinentes y elaborar su plan de accio\x{0301}n considerando las particularidades de la misma.
