Abstract

Las mejoras educativas son clave en los procesos de desarrollo de los países, por lo que cuando se habla de educación es necesario pensar en los profesores y en los directivos escolares. La publicación “Experiencias innovadoras” surge con el propósito de estudiar experiencias exitosas en los procesos de formación de directivos a nivel mundial y regional, por lo que busca mejorar la comprensión acerca de tendencias en la formación y perfeccionamiento de directivos escolares. En consecuencia, se presentan datos de evidencia rigurosa de diferentes proyectos, entre los que se encuentran Singapur, Inglaterra, Colombia, República Dominicana y Chile.
