Abstract

Der Autor zeigt praxisnah und leicht verständlich auf, ob und wie finanzielle Transaktionen im betrieblichen und privaten Bereich steuerliche Wirkung entfalten. Dabei werden alle häufig anzutreffenden Fallgestaltungen erfasst: Das gemischt genutzte Firmenfahrzeug, die Verknüpfung von ESt und USt, die AfA, die Ansparrücklage, die Sonderausgaben und die rechnerische Ermittlung der konkreten Steuerlast. Das Buch vermittelt Juristen und Selbständigen die Kenntnisse, die für die Fertigung der EÜR und letztlich für die Ermittlung der an das Finanzamt zu zahlenden ESt erforderlich ist.
