Prozessgetriebene multiperspektivische Unternehmenssteuerung. Beispielhafte Betrachtung anhand der deutschen Bausparkassen

Abstract

Der (Vertriebs-)Kanal-Mix gewinnt in letzter Zeit branchenübergreifend unter Stichworten wie »Multi-Kanal-Management«, »Multi-Kanal-Controlling« oder »Multi-Channeling« verstärkt an Bedeutung. Insgesamt wird deutlich, dass sich die Entscheider in Unternehmen heute mit den folgenden drei Fragestellungen beschäftigen müssen: Sind die Geschäftsprozesse hinreichend effizient? Stimmt der Multi-Kanal-Mix des Unternehmens? Welche Auswirkungen ergeben sich aus Änderungen bezüglich der Prozesse und Kanäle auf die funktional ausgerichtete Aufbauorganisation? Konsequenterweise folgt daraus eine dreidimensionale Entscheidungs- und Strukturierungsproblematik, für die das vorliegende Buch einen branchenunabhängigen prozess- und kanalorientierten multiperspektivischen Ansatz unter Antizipation der oftmals noch bestehenden funktional ausgerichteten Aufbauorganisation zur Verfügung stellt, der beispielhaft für den deutschen Bausparkassensektor ausgearbeitet wurde.
