Kapitalmarktorientiertes Kreditrisikomanagement in der prozessbezogenen Kreditorganisation

Abstract

Es wird untersucht, welchen Lösungsbeitrag die Kapitalmarktorientierung sowie moderne Organisationskonzepte und Prozessstrukturen liefern können und welchen Einfluss Größe sowie Art, Umfang und Risikostruktur des Kreditgeschäfts einer Bank auf die Gestaltung von Organisation, Prozessen und Instrumenten des Kreditrisikomanagements haben. Ein Lösungsansatz für Organisations- und Prozessstrukturen im Rahmen eines kapitalmarktorientierten Kreditrisikomanagements und eine Verknüpfung zwischen Organisations- und Prozessstrukturen im Kreditrisikomanagement sowie den technischen bzw. systembezogenen Instrumentarien wird angeboten. Dabei liefert die Arbeit beachtliche Erkenntnisse über die Möglichkeiten des Einsatzes moderner theoretischer Konzepte für die dringend erforderliche Weiterentwicklung des Kreditrisikomanagements in Banken sowie eine Fülle von praxeologisch nützlichen Ergebnissen.
