Investor Relations der Emittenten von Unternehmensanleihen. Notwendigkeit, Nutzen und Konzeption einer gläubigerorientierten Informationspolitik

Abstract

Trotz des stark wachsenden Wettbewerbs bei der Fremdkapitalbeschaffung auf den Anleihemärkten und einer zunehmend restriktiven Kreditvergabe durch die Geschäftsbanken beschränken deutsche Unternehmen ihre Investor Relations-Aktivitäten bislang auf die Eigenkapitalgeber. Der vorliegende Band zeigt auf, wie sich Anleiheemittenten und auch andere Kreditnehmer durch eine gläubigerorientierte Informationspolitik signifikante Wettbewerbsvorteile bei der Fremdkapitalbeschaffung erarbeiten können. Zur Ableitung praktischer Gestaltungsempfehlungen werden das Publizitätsverhalten deutscher Anleiheemittenten untersucht und Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Berichterstattung über das Ausfallrisiko sowie zum Aufbau einer Berichterstattung über das Ereignisrisiko entwickelt.
