Abstract

Von 1991 bis 1996 hat die sächsische Staatsregierung mit finanzieller Beteiligung der EU insgesamt 48,1 Mill. DM für die Beratung mittelständischer Unternehmen eingestetzt. Es lag nahe, nach sechs Jahren Beratungsprogramm mit rasch gestiegenem Mitteleinsatz, die Wirkungen dieser Aktivitäten und ihre Übereinstimmung mit dem sächsischen mittelstandspolitischen Zielen zu überprüfen. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Evaluierung war, die Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Förderprogramme einer kritischen Bewertung zu unterziehen, den Nutzen für die geförderten Unternehmen zu überprüfen und die gesamtwirtschaftlichen Wirkungen abzuschätzen.
