Lage und Perspektiven des Einzelhandels der Stadt Radebeul

Abstract

Diese Studie vermittelt zunächst einen Überblick über die demographische Situation der Stadt Radebeul. Wichtiger Bestandteil der Untersuchung ist eine Befragung der Radebeuler Bevölkerung über die Versorgung mit Einzelhandelsleistungen. Danach folgt eine Analyse des Wettbewerbsgeschehens. Dabei wird festgestellt, daß der kleinbetriebliche Einzelhandel auf verschiedenen Wettbewerbsfeldern mit den Großbetriebsformen nicht mithalten kann, so insbesondere in der Preispolitik. Anschließend wird auf die Baupläne der Stadt Dresden eingegangen, wobei deren Auswirkungen auf Wettbewerb, Einkaufsverhalten der Bevölkerung, Steueraufkommen und Infrastruktur erörtert wird. Die Studie schließt mit Anregungen zur Erstellung eines Einzelhandeslstrukturkonzeptes und einem Aufruf zur Aktivitätsentfaltung.
