Abstract
A forma como as elites empresariais latino-americanas interagem com os diversos atores estatais e do sistema político revelam muito das estratégias de desenvolvimento seguidas pelos países da região. As conexões políticas do empresariado nacional, moldadas por instituições formais e informais ao logo de trajetórias históricas, tem configurado diferentes arranjos de economia política na América Latina.
