Abstract

The book analyzes the structures, management and governance problems, implemented policies and results of the activities of the Bulgarian enterprises. Presented is a complete picture of the size structures of the non-financial enterprises in Bulgaria, the business demography and the business environment in which they operate. Assessed are the achievements and the problems of the corporate governance. An assessment is made of the innovativeness and the social dimensions of the non-financial performance of the enterprises, as well as the level of their environmentalization. The results of the activities of the enterprises are assessed, their financial condition and capital structure are revealed, and the characteristics of the Bulgarian exporters and importers are outlined. The results are presented in dynamics that outline the trends in their development.
