Abstract
In this study we started the field survey activities from 17th of October 2022 towards the horticulture garden and other different grower’s field of the mango. We selected task of eighth different grower fields surrounding the Tando Jam, Such as F1Horticulture garden, F2 Malir farm, F3Gul Muhammad farm near village Gul Muhammad Thoro, F4.Nizamani farm near Tando Qaiser, F5 Talpur farm near Hussain Khan thoro, F6 Dero Imdad farm, F7 Haji Wassan farm near wassan, F8 Mir Atta Muhammad farm. The method of our survey was in zigzag method. The disease of mango sudden decline was observed almost in every filed. The disease incdisease percentage (%) was observed randomly of 10 plants from the eight (8) different field locations in the surrounding of Tando jam . The disease incidence percentage (%) was observed by using formula such as ” D1 % = ” n ” / ” N ” x 100 ” Where DI Disease incidence percent , n = Number of infected plants and N = Total number of plants observed 10 Sampling. The samples of sudden decline disease was collected in paper envelope and brought at our ARI mycology laboratory for isolation and identification of associated pathogens.
