Durchschnittsalter der Gründer steigt

Abstract

In den letzten zwanzig Jahren ist das Durchschnittsalter der Gründer um über vier Jahre gestiegen. Zum einen hat der Anteil der Akademiker an den Gründern zugenommen. Zum anderen hat sich das Gründerpotenzial stärker auf die Altersgruppe 50+ verlagert. Dies ist das Ergebnis einer aktuellen Auswertung des Mannheimer Unternehmenspanels.
