Der direkte Beschäftigungsbeitrag von High-Tech-Unternehmensgründungen

Abstract

Der direkte Bruttobeschäftigungsbeitrag von Unternehmensgründungen ist beträchtlich. Im Durchschnitt der Jahre 1997 - 2003 wurden pro Jahr in Summe aller Wirtschaftszweige rund 625.000 Arbeitsplätze durch neu gegründete Unternehmen geschaffen, das entspricht rund 2 v.H. der in diesen Wirtschaftszweigen Erwerbstätigen. In den forschungs- und wissensintensiven Wirtschaftszweigen wurden durch Gründungen pro Jahr im Mittel etwa 95.000 Arbeitsplätze neu geschaffen,wobei auf die wissensintensive Beratung rund 38.000, auf die technologieorientierten Dienstleistungen rund 43.000 und auf die forschungsintensiven Industrie rund 14.000 entfallen. Zu diesem Ergebnis kommt eine aktuelle Auswertung des Mannheimer Unternehmenspanels.
