Die Personenerhebung im Zensus 2022

Abstract

Das registergestützte Zensusverfahren sieht vor, Verwaltungsregister als Datenquellen zu nutzen und diese durch zusätzlich primärstatistisch erhobene Angaben zu korrigie- ren und zu ergänzen. Die Personenerhebung ist eine tragende Säule des Zensus 2022 und zählt zu den ergänzenden Primärerhebungen. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die zentralen Vorbereitungen: Er beschreibt das Erhebungskonzept und stellt die Erhebungsinstrumente vor. Nach einem Überblick über den Aufbau der zur Personenerhebung genutzten IT-Systeme geht er auf das fachliche und IT-seitige Schulungskonzept ein und zeigt spezielle Herausforderungen auf. Auch die Datenaufbereitung und Plausibilisierung werden näher beleuchtet.
