Erstmaliger App-Einsatz für die Zeitverwendungserhebung 2022

Abstract

Zur Gewinnung der Daten bei den Auskunftgebenden wird bei der Zeitverwendungserhebung (ZVE) 2022 ein digitales Erhebungsinstrument eingesetzt, das neben einer Webanwendung erstmals in der amtlichen Statistik eine mobile App für die Nutzung auf Smartphone und Tablet umfasst. Um die Potenziale dieses Instruments bestmöglich zu nutzen, verfolgte bereits die Konzeption der ZVE 2022 das Ziel, möglichst viele der teilnahmebereiten Haushalte für eine Online-Teilnahme zu gewinnen. Daher wurden Teilprozesse der Statistikproduktion nach der Vorgabe Online First konzipiert - Resultat ist eine digitale Customer Journey von der Rekrutierung über digitale Werbemaßnahmen bis zur medienbruchfreien Meldung der Daten. Der Aufsatz skizziert den Ablauf und die Spezifika der ZVE 2022 unter Nutzung des digitalen Erhebungsinstruments als primären Meldeweg. Außerdem beschreibt er, welche Vorteile sich aus der Nutzung des digitalen Erhebungsinstruments ergeben.
