Abstract

Die lange diskutierte Gesundheitsreform ist im April endlich in Kraft getreten. Dabei steckt die Intention des Vorhabens bereits in seinem Namen: Gesetz zur Stärkung des Wettbewerbs in der Gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung. Welche Änderungen sind auf dem Arzneimittelmarkt vorgesehen? Erhalten tatsächlich wettbewerbliche Elemente eine größere Bedeutung?
