Die Monopolkommission legte kürzlich ihr zweites Sondergutachten über die Wettbewerbsentwicklung bei der Telekommunikation und der Post vor. Welches sind ihre Empfehlungen für den Telekommunikationsbereich? Wie sind sie zu bewerten?
