Ersatzvorschläge für die Gewerbesteuer: Darstellung und Vergleich einiger häufig genannter Ansätze

Abstract

Die Gewerbesteuer stellt in der gegenwärtigen Ausgestaltung ein spezielles deutsches Problem im Rahmen der Unternehmensbesteuerung dar. Kurzfristig wurde als Lösungsansatz die pauschalierte Verrechung der Gewerbesteuer mit der Einkommensteuer bei Personengesellschaften und Einzelunternehmen eingeführt. Allerdings bleibt bei den Kapitalgesellschaften die Gewerbesteuerbelastung weiter bestehen. Welche Alternativen bestehen zur gegenwärtigen Gewerbesteuer? Wie sind sie zu beurteilen?
