Mehr Wettbewerb durch 6. GWB-Novelle?

Abstract

Nach langen wissenschaftlichen und wirtschaftspolitischen Diskussionen wurde die 6. Novelle zum Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen im Mai von Bundestag und Bundesrat verabschiedet. Sie dient im wesentlichen der Harmonisierung des deutschen und europäischen Wettbewerbsrechts sowie der Straffung und Neuordnung des Gesetzes. Inwieweit werden diese Ziele erreicht? Wird der Wettbewerb durch die vorgenommenen Änderungen gestärkt?
