Leerstände in ostdeutschen Städten: Keineswegs nur ein wohnungspolitisches Problem

Abstract

Der Beitrag weist darauf hin, dass der gegenwärtig stark unter wohnungspolitischen und -unternehmerischen Gesichtspunkten diskutierte Wohnungsleerstand in ostdeutschen Städten auch das Potenzial hat, die zukünftige Stadtentwicklung insgesamt zu beeinflussen. Vorschläge der Kommission -Wohnungswirtschaftlicher Strukturwandel in den neuen Bundesländern- werden im Hinblick darauf diskutiert.
