Wohnungsleerstand in Ostdeutschland: differenzierte Betrachtung notwendig

Abstract

Aus einer GdW-Umfrage lässt sich entnehmen, dass der Wohnungsleerstand in Ostdeutschland seit 1998 weiter leicht zugenommen hat. Von den Ländern sind am stärksten Sachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt betroffen. Etwa zwei Drittel der Wohnungen stehen aufgrund mangelnder Nachfrage leer.
