Abstract

Das konjunkturelle Gesamtbild im Juni 1999 deutete auf leichte Entspannungstendenzen hin. Zum einen signalisierten die seit April 1999 wieder steigenden Auftragseingänge im Wohnungsbau und die Verbesserung der IWH-Indikatoren im Hoch- und Ausbau, dass die Einführung der Investitionszulage für die Modernisierung und Sanierung im Wohnungsbestand sowie für den innerstädtischen Lückenneubau wohl zu greifen beginnt. Zugleich stützte der öffentliche Bau die Baukonjunktur in Ostdeutschland.
