The economic outlook for 1976

Abstract

While in the United States economic growth finally broke through scoring in excess of 12 p.c. in real terms in the third quarter of 1975, there was some slowdown in the recovery toward the end of the year. What is to be expected in the internal and external economic sphere during 1976, while the election contest is heating up?
