Chancen für den Handel im Metaverse

Abstract

Dieser Artikel beschreibt die Wahrnehmung von unterschiedlichen Metaverse-Anwendungen aus der Sicht von 451 Nutzerinnen und Nutzern. Aus diesen Erkenntnissen leiten wir mögliche Unternehmensziele für den Handel ab und ordnen das Metaverse als neues Distributionsmodell für den Handel ein. Insgesamt hebt der vorliegende Artikel das Metaverse als ein aufkommendes Distributionsmodell hervor, welches das so wesentliche Ziel der Kundeninspiration besser zu realisieren vermag. In der besseren Kundeninspiration liegt die grosse Chance für den Handel im Metaverse.
