Abstract

Sie sind der Traum einer jeden Marke: allwissend, durch Einsatz von KI selbstlernend und 24/7 und überall erreichbar. Die Revolution in der Kundenberatung und im Customer Service hat begonnen mit diesen dank neuester Render-Technik und KI konsolidierter Wissensdatenbank kreierten virtuellen Menschen: Skalierbar, individuell einsetzbar und nahezu menschlich bieten sie insbesondere bei beratungsintensiven Produkten wie Electronics über «Conversational Behavior» die Möglichkeit, Bedürfnisse zu identifizieren und personalisierte Lösungen anzubieten, die im Anschluss direkt gekauft werden können (Direct to Consumer).
