Bestimmung von Marktanteilen über Share-of-Search-Analysen: Wie FIT STAR mehr Transparenz im Wettbewerbsumfeld seiner Fitnessstudios schafft

Abstract

Für das Sport- und Fitnessunternehmen FIT STAR hat die Transparenz über das Kunden- und Wettbewerberverhalten an den Standorten seiner Fitnessstudios eine hohe Bedeutung. Mit suchmaschinengestützten Share-of-Search-Analysen lassen sich lokal spezifizierte Auswertungen durchführen, die Einblicke in das aktuelle Marktgeschehen bieten und eine Prognose zur weiteren Entwicklung von Marktanteilen erlauben. Die Share- of-Search-Messung bei FIT STAR wird vorgestellt und es werden verallgemeinernde Anregungen für eine mögliche Umsetzung in anderen Unternehmen und Branchen gegeben.
