Ungleichbehandlung im System der gesetzlichen Rentenversicherung und bei der Besteuerung der Renten

Abstract

Auf der Grundlage versicherungsmathematischer Berechnungen untersucht der Autor die Ungleichbehandlung im System der gRV zwischen Versicherten mit gleichem Beitragsaufkommen. Betrachtet werden die Unterschiede zwischen Männern und Frauen, Einzelleben und verbundenen Leben,Witwen und Witwern, Rentnern mit verschiedenen Beitragszeiten, Geschiedenen und Verheirateten sowie hinsichtlich der Besteuerung.
