Abstract

Der Autor stellt den Zweck der gRV und die langfristigen finanziellen Anforderungen an die gRV dar. Weiterhin setzt er sich mit verschiedenen Alternativen zur langfristigen Finanzierung einschließlich der Folgen für das Wachstum und die daraus folgenden Implikationen auf die Finanzierung auseinander und geht auf die rechtliche Problematik einer Änderung der Bemessungsgrundlagen für den Sozialbeitrag ein.
