Abstract

Vorgestellt wird ein neues integratives Konzept der kommunalen Mitarbeiterbefragung, das die Vorteile des belastungsorientierten „Copenhagen Psychological Questionnaire“ (COPSOQ) mit den Vorteilen des zufriedenheitsorientierten „Common Assessment Framework“ (CAF) zu verbinden versucht. COPSOQ und CAF wurden in der vorangehenden Ausgabe des Magazins “der Gemeinderat“ analysiert.
