Kokainschmuggel mit Drogen-U-Booten von Südamerika nach Europa

Abstract

Drogenschmuggeltechniken werden von Drogenkartellen und der organisierten Kriminalität auf verschiedene Weise angewendet, um illegale Drogen über die Grenzen zu schmuggeln: mithilfe von tief fliegenden Flugzeugen, Schnellbooten, Bodypackern und auf vielen anderen Wegen. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt die Entwicklung und Verwendung von Drogen-U-Booten in Mittel- und Südamerika und untersucht den ersten Fall einer nachgewiesenen Transatlantikreise von Guayana (Südamerika) nach Spanien im November 2019 und ein weiteres abgefangenes Drogen-U-Boot in Kolumbien im August 2020, das ein noch größeres Design hatte und vermutlich ebenfalls für den Transatlantiktransfer gebaut worden war.
