Multilokales Wohnen: Empirische Befunde zur Verbreitung in Deutschland

Abstract

Der Artikel resümiert auf der Grundlage einer kurzen Systematisierung und Begriffseinordnung den Stand der Forschung zur Quantifizierung multilokalen Wohnens in Deutschland. Er widmet sich dabei insbesondere der Frage der Erfassbarkeit mit standardisierten Instrumenten in geschlossenen Erhebungsdesigns. Die Einschätzungen gründen auf empirischen Arbeiten und Erfahrungen der Autorinnen. Dazu zählen die jährlich durchgeführte Bevölkerungsumfrage des Bundesinstituts für Bau-, Stadt- und Raumforschung (BBSR), die Auswertung kleinräumiger Statistiken aus kommunalen Melderegistern und schriftliche Befragungen im Rahmen eines aktuellen DFG-Projekts. Anregungen für die vorgestellte Eigenforschung stammen aus dem Diskussionszusammenhang des trinationalen "Netzwerks Multilokalität", in dem auch erste Erfahrungen fortwährend reflektiert werden konnten.
