Zoll: Das Bürger- und Geschäftskundenportal (BuG)

Abstract

Die Zollverwaltung hatte bislang mit dem Bekenntnis zur De-Mail Neuerungen zu den Geschäftsabläufen eingeführt. Der zweite Teil der Einführung neuer, elektronischer Geschäftsabläufe ist umfassender: seit April 2016 wird im Hintergrund von der Generalzolldirektion (GZD) an der Einführung des Bürger- und Geschäftskundenportals (BuG) gearbeitet, mit welchem die Abläufe im Zoll- und Verbrauchsteuerrecht elektrifiziert werden, z.B. die Abgabe von Steueran meldungen oder die Beantragung einer VZTA, einer EORI-Nummer oder (zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt) von Erlaubnissen und Bewilligungen. Dieser Beitrag stellt den Aufbau und die Entwicklung des BuG vor. Der Beitrag stellt die persönliche Auffassung des Autors dar.
