Smash the Paywalls: Workflows und Werkzeuge für den grünen Weg des Open Access

Abstract

Der Beitrag diskutiert Bedeutung, praktisches Potenzial und konkrete Herausforderungen von bibliothekarischen Serviceangeboten für den grünen Weg des Open Access. Er adressiert Einrichtungen, die einen Zweitveröffentlichungsservice auf- bzw. ausbauen wollen und präsentiert mögliche Workflows und Werkzeuge. Im Fokus stehen Möglichkeiten der Gewinnung von Autor*innen und der Akquise von Publikationsdaten, rechtliche Grundlagen für Zweitveröffentlichungen sowie die einzelnen Schritte hin zu einer Zweitveröffentlichung. Zudem werden Hinweise für die Automatisierung von einzelnen Prozessen gegeben. Dem Beitrag angehängt sind sechs Checklisten, die im Alltag herangezogenwerden können.
