Abstract

This article will address the role played by the State on fintechregulation and adapting i ton new business schemes taking by reference the experiences of some countries such as: Brazil and Mexico. Specially this article shows the initiative in the regulatory sandbox.This document shows regulatory sandbox .as anmechanism to improve technological innovation adopted as a responsible public policy and the assumption of notable efforts in the new languages contained in algorithms as new challenges of Fourth Industrial Revolution in key instruments such as: the universe in Big Data,Blockchainin this context. This article aims to familiarize the reader with elements of interest around the regulatory sandbox as a novelty that allows live testing, temporarily and develops a schematic supervision which seeks to preserve innovation. Ecuador is immersed in innovation and therefore the observation and examination of regulatory programs by prioritizing the preservation of confidence in this market is promoted.
